Amanda has clinical and research experience in a transdisciplinary approach to neurodiversity. She is a qualified GP with a Ph.D. relating to emerging adulthood neurodiversity. She is the founder and CEO of Do-IT Solutions, a tech for good company that provides neurodiversity screening and web-based support tools for schools and adults in education and employment. Amanda has been on government advisory boards in the UK and international charities in the field of neurodiversity. She has authored 10 books, most recently in 2023, 'Neurodiversity at Work, Drive Innovation, Performance and Productivity." She has lived experience of neurodiversity, as she, her children and grandchildren are all neurodivergent. Her passion to make changes in society and increase the chances of showcasing talents of neurodivergent children and adults, especially in the workplace, remains strong after 30 years of working in the field.
