Caitlin was a primary school and early childhood teacher for over six years. She has been the Family Literacy Coordinator for Libraries ACT, initiating Canberra’s first public library ‘Sensory Storytime’ sessions and training, servicing autistic children and children with developmental delays. She was awarded the Transport Canberra and City Services Chief Minister’s Inclusion Award in 2022 for this work plus instigating Auslan Key Word sign training to public library staff delivering early childhood programs.
